Data deletion instructions. This page explains how to remove your AboutsViral account and all data we hold, including data obtained from Facebook. English summary follows each section.

01วิธีที่เร็วที่สุด — ทำเองในแอป

ถ้าคุณเข้าใช้งาน AboutsViral ได้อยู่:

  1. เข้าสู่ระบบที่ aboutsviral.com
  2. ไปที่ ตั้งค่า → บัญชี
  3. กด ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด
  4. ยืนยันอีกครั้ง

ระบบจะลบข้อมูลของคุณทันที และลบไฟล์สำรองภายใน 30 วัน

EN. If you can still sign in: go to Settings → Account and choose Delete account and all data, then confirm. Your data is removed immediately and backups are purged within 30 days.

02ถ้าเข้าระบบไม่ได้ — ส่งอีเมลหาเรา

EN. Email contact@aboutsviral.com with the subject Data Deletion Request, including the email you registered with and, if you remember them, the Facebook Pages you connected. We verify your identity, delete the data, and confirm by email within 30 days.

03ถอนสิทธิ์จากฝั่ง Facebook

คุณตัดการเชื่อมต่อจากบัญชี Facebook ของคุณเองได้ด้วย โดยไม่ต้องผ่านเรา:

  1. เข้า Facebook → การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → การตั้งค่า
  2. เลือก แอปและเว็บไซต์
  3. หา AboutsViral แล้วกด ลบ

เมื่อคุณทำแบบนี้ Facebook จะแจ้งมาที่ระบบเรา และเราจะลบโทเคนการเข้าถึงของคุณทันที

ข้อควรทราบ: การถอนสิทธิ์จากฝั่ง Facebook จะหยุดการเข้าถึงทันที แต่ยังไม่ลบบัญชี AboutsViral ของคุณ ถ้าต้องการลบทั้งหมด ให้ทำตามข้อ 01 หรือ 02 ด้วย

EN. You can also revoke access from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find AboutsViral, and remove it. Facebook notifies our system and we delete your access tokens immediately. Note that this stops access but does not delete your AboutsViral account — use step 01 or 02 for full deletion.

04อะไรถูกลบบ้าง

เมื่อคุณขอลบข้อมูล เราลบทั้งหมดนี้:

สิ่งที่เราลบให้ไม่ได้: โพสต์ที่เผยแพร่ขึ้นเพจ Facebook ไปแล้ว จะยังอยู่บนเพจของคุณ เพราะโพสต์นั้นเป็นของเพจ ไม่ได้อยู่ในระบบเรา คุณลบเองได้จากเพจโดยตรง

EN. Deleted: your account and email; your Facebook user ID and connected Page list; all Page access tokens; uploaded videos, scripts, audio, subtitles, and rendered output; stored posting history, comments, and messages; ad campaign data we retrieved; and identifiable logs. Not deleted: posts already published to your Facebook Page remain on the Page — they belong to the Page, not to us, and you can remove them there. We may retain payment records as required by Thai tax law; these contain no Facebook data.
