EN. By registering for or using AboutsViral you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

02บริการของเรา

AboutsViral ช่วยคุณสร้างวิดีโอสินค้าด้วย AI — เขียนสคริปต์ พากย์เสียง ใส่ซับไตเติล — และโพสต์ขึ้นเพจ Facebook ที่คุณเป็นผู้ดูแล

เราอาจเพิ่ม แก้ไข หรือหยุดฟีเจอร์ใดก็ได้ โดยจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควรหากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่กระทบการใช้งานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

EN. AboutsViral generates product videos with AI — script, voiceover, subtitles — and publishes them to Facebook Pages you administer. We may add, change, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for significant changes.

03บัญชีของคุณ

EN. You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if your account is accessed without authorization.

EN. You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process, render, and publish it to the Page you select. You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you upload — do not upload video, images, audio, or music you are not licensed to use. Liability for infringement rests with you.

05สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ

เราอาจระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าเมื่อทำได้

EN. Prohibited: uploading or publishing illegal, infringing, deceptive, or hateful content; advertising illegal products or making false claims; posting to Pages you do not administer; spamming or evading any platform's review systems; attempting to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; violating Meta Platforms' policies or those of any connected platform. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

06การเชื่อมต่อกับ Facebook

เมื่อคุณเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Facebook คุณอนุญาตให้ AboutsViral ดำเนินการในนามคุณเฉพาะกับเพจที่คุณเลือกเท่านั้น และเฉพาะการกระทำที่คุณสั่งเท่านั้น

คุณยังต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของ Meta ด้วย การใช้ AboutsViral ไม่ได้ยกเว้นหน้าที่นั้น

คุณยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อได้ทุกเมื่อ ทั้งจากหน้าตั้งค่าของเรา และจากหน้าการตั้งค่าแอปในบัญชี Facebook ของคุณเอง

EN. Connecting your Facebook account authorizes AboutsViral to act on your behalf only on the Pages you select and only for actions you initiate. You remain bound by Meta's own terms and policies. You can disconnect at any time from our settings or from your Facebook account's app settings.

07ค่าบริการ

AboutsViral ใช้ระบบเครดิต คุณซื้อเครดิตล่วงหน้าแล้วใช้กับการสร้างวิดีโอแต่ละคลิป ราคาต่อคลิปจะแสดงก่อนคุณกดยืนยันเสมอ

หากการสร้างวิดีโอล้มเหลวจากความผิดพลาดของระบบเรา เราคืนเครดิตให้อัตโนมัติ เครดิตที่ใช้ไปแล้วกับงานที่สำเร็จไม่สามารถขอคืนเป็นเงินได้

EN. AboutsViral runs on prepaid credits. The cost per clip is shown before you confirm. If a render fails due to a fault on our side, credits are returned automatically. Credits spent on completed work are non-refundable.

08ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เราให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ เราพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ให้ระบบทำงานต่อเนื่อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือหยุดชะงัก

เนื้อหาที่ AI สร้างขึ้นอาจมีความคลาดเคลื่อน คุณควรตรวจสอบก่อนเผยแพร่ทุกครั้ง ความรับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาที่เผยแพร่เป็นของคุณ

EN. The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content can be inaccurate — review it before publishing; responsibility for what you publish is yours. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or restrictions imposed on your Page by another platform. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the six months before the event.

09การยกเลิกและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

คุณปิดบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อจากหน้าตั้งค่า หรือส่งอีเมลมาที่ contact@aboutsviral.com การลบข้อมูลเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจศาลไทย

หากเราแก้ไขข้อกำหนดในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 14 วัน

EN. You may close your account at any time from settings or by email. Deletion follows our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes fall under Thai jurisdiction. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.
