02ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

ข้อมูลบัญชี — อีเมลและรหัสผ่านที่เข้ารหัสไว้ สำหรับเข้าใช้งาน AboutsViral

ข้อมูลจาก Facebook — เมื่อคุณกดเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Facebook และให้สิทธิ์ เราจะเก็บ:

EN. We collect: your account email and hashed password; your Facebook user ID and name; the IDs, names, and pictures of Pages you explicitly grant; encrypted Page access tokens; IDs and status of posts created through AboutsViral; Page comments and Messenger conversations if you enable the reply feature; ad account IDs, campaign names, spend, and results if you connect an ad account; the videos, scripts, audio, and subtitle files you create; and standard log data (IP, browser, timestamps). We never collect or see your Facebook password.

EN. Each permission maps to one visible feature: listing your Pages so you can choose a destination; reading Page name and picture for that list; uploading the finished video to the Page you selected at the time you scheduled; reaching Pages held in your Business Portfolio; reading and replying to comments and Messenger threads when you enable that feature; and reading ad results or promoting a video post when you connect an ad account. We request nothing beyond the feature you use.

04เราเก็บข้อมูลไว้นานแค่ไหน

ไฟล์วิดีโอ เสียง และซับไตเติล — 30 วันนับจากวันสร้าง แล้วลบอัตโนมัติ
โทเคนการเข้าถึงเพจ — จนกว่าคุณจะยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ หรือโทเคนหมดอายุ (ประมาณ 60 วัน) แล้วแต่อย่างใดถึงก่อน

Retention: media files 30 days; Page access tokens until you disconnect or the token expires (~60 days), whichever comes first; messages and comments 90 days; account data and posting history for the life of the account; logs 12 months. On account deletion, everything above is removed within 30 days except records we are legally required to retain.

05เราแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับใคร

EN. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share only with processors required to run the service: Meta Platforms (to publish or message on your behalf), our AI providers (to generate scripts, voiceovers, and subtitles), and our hosting and storage providers. Otherwise we disclose data only when legally compelled.

06สิทธิ์ของคุณ

คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอดู ขอแก้ไข หรือขอลบข้อมูลของคุณได้ทุกเมื่อ และถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอด

EN. You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time, and withdraw consent at any time. Disconnect Facebook from AboutsViral settings or from your Facebook account's app settings — tokens are deleted immediately on disconnect. For full deletion, see the Data Deletion page. For a copy of your data, email us.

07ความปลอดภัยและเด็ก

ข้อมูลถูกส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) และโทเคนการเข้าถึงถูกเก็บแบบเข้ารหัส เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะระบบที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น

EN. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access tokens are stored encrypted, reachable only by the systems that need them. AboutsViral is a business tool, not offered to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

08การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการติดต่อ
